Tailorwise brand/product/service, and its Parent Company, will be deemed “data controller” for regulatory purposes, as applicable.
Our Policy towards Children – This Website and the App are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on this Website or the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Website or the App, or on or through any of its or their features/register on this Website or the App, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website or the App, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we may have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact Tailorwise Support.

Client Data – All data related to client’s business details (i.e. order, customers, product, stock or user) made/entered onto the platform during the duration of service shall be the property of Client and would be strictly held as confidential. Under this subscription agreement Client allows Tailorwise and any/other third party service opted or employed by Tailorwise to use/modify/store data in order to provide service to the client. Tailorwise understand the importance of data and shall implement reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorised access to any of the Client data. Tailorwise will take all encryption measures in its capacity and the data would be accessed only by Client or their Users only. Only upon Client’s written request (via email) Tailorwise would delete any Data. Client would be able to download/print/share their data directly from the platform, if required. Tailorwise will delete and destroy all copies of data, in case the Subscription agreement is terminated with or without default.
Customer Communication – Client allows Tailorwise to communicate to their customers via SMS/Email or other electronic medium in order to provide service related information. Applicable charges for the same would be charged as per mentioned in the Payment Subscription agreement. These charges would only apply in case when Client opts for customer communication or any related additional service.
Confidentiality – Both parties (Client & Service Provider) understand that the terms and conditions and contents of this subscription agreement are confidential and undertake not to divulge the same to any third party without the previous written consent of the parties of this subscription agreement. Neither the party nor any of its officers, persons employed or retained or agencies rendering service to them shall directly or indirectly disclose any data or records confidential or proprietary material of the other party or make available to any third party any information concerning the services/activities being provided by it/them or any information relating to any aspect of the other party’s operations, business activities, affairs or infrastructure, to which the parties or any of its officers, persons employed or retained by them, or persons or agencies rendering services to them may have gained access to.
Information You Provide – The information we collect on or through this Website or the App may include: (a) Information that you provide by filling in forms on this Website or the App. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use this Website or the App, subscribing to or paying for our service, posting material, or requesting further services (including, without limitation, backup or password recovery services, or payment services, that we may provide through third parties). We also may ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with this Website or the App. (b) Records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses), if you contact us.
